Quarterback Drew Allar has signed his rookie contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team announced on July 24. Allar was selected as the No. 78 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft after four seasons at Penn State. He joins Aaron Rodgers, Mason Rudolph, and Will Howard in the Steelers' quarterback room. With Allar's signing, Ty Simpson from the Rams is now the only unsigned quarterback from the 2026 draft class, following the contracts of Fernando Mendoza and Carson Beck earlier in the week.
