Duan Jansen earns maiden call-up for South Africa's Namibia tour

Duan Jansen, the twin brother of Marco Jansen, has received his first call-up to the South African national cricket team ahead of the Namibia tour. The squad, led by Bjorn Fortuin, will participate in a T20I tri-series with Namibia and Zimbabwe from August 28 to September 6, followed by a historic three-match ODI series against Namibia from September 9 to 13. Jansen's selection follows a standout domestic season, where he was named Player of the Year in the Division 1 One Day Cup. Eathan Bosch joins him as another uncapped player, while several others are set for their ODI debuts. The tour reflects South Africa's strategy to enhance their squad depth and prepare for future international competitions.
