Duece Jones-Drew commits to UCLA, father hands off recruitment

Duece Jones-Drew, a three-star running back, has committed to UCLA, continuing the legacy of his father, Maurice Jones-Drew. The elder Jones-Drew, a former All-American and three-time Pro Bowler, chose not to influence his son's recruitment, wanting Duece to make his own decision. Maurice expressed his desire for Duece to select a school based on personal preference rather than family ties. Duece will complete his high school career at De La Salle High School in Concord, California, before joining the Bruins.
