Duke football players engage with children at Durham Rescue Mission

Duke football players visited the Durham Rescue Mission on July 30, bringing mentorship and joy to children facing homelessness. During the event, players engaged the kids in football drills and encouraged them, providing valuable life lessons. Many parents noted significant improvements in their children's spirits as a result of the visit. The event had been absent for several years and was revived by Durham Rescue Mission's Vice President Ernie Mills Jr. Duke football players are set to begin fall training camp next week, following this community service event.
