Duncan Schroeder finishes second in 50-meter butterfly at championships

Duncan Schroeder, representing the Great Falls Swim Team, secured second place in the 50-meter butterfly at the Western Zone Senior Championships held from July 28 to August 1 in Clovis, California. The incoming junior entered the competition seeded ninth among over 200 swimmers. His performance qualified him for USA Swimming’s TYR Futures Championships. Ella Kingsland, a Great Falls High graduate, also competed as a finalist in the 100 backstroke.
