Eagles begin 53-man roster cuts ahead of NFL deadline
Summary

The Philadelphia Eagles are in the process of reducing their roster from 90 players to 53 by the NFL's deadline on August 30. As of August 29, roster cuts have started, with potential trades being considered, particularly involving backup quarterbacks Tanner McKee and Andy Dalton, as well as linebacker Jeremiah Trotter Jr. The team has completed training camp and joint practices against the Patriots.
