Eagles depend on Saquon Barkley for success in new offense

The Philadelphia Eagles are looking to a revamped offense under coordinator Sean Mannion as training camp approaches on July 28. With the departure of A.J. Brown, the Eagles aim to enhance production with a larger role for running back Saquon Barkley. Although some question Barkley's performance after a lesser season in 2025 compared to his record-breaking 2024, he rushed for over 1,140 yards last year. Barkley believes playing quarterback Jalen Hurts under center will benefit his running game, allowing him to get a head start. The Eagles need Barkley to return closer to his 2024 form for the offense to succeed.
