Eagles face Ravens in preseason opener with key players sitting out

The Philadelphia Eagles are set to play the Baltimore Ravens in their preseason opener on August 15. Coach Nick Sirianni has not confirmed which starters will participate, but key players like Jalen Hurts and DeVonta Smith are expected to sit out due to injuries. The Eagles are looking for solid performances from players vying for roster spots, including Tanner McKee, who is competing for the backup quarterback position, and Hollywood Brown, who has struggled during training camp. The game will serve as an opportunity for younger players to showcase their skills.
