Eagles running back Saquon Barkley returns after early injury vs. Titans

Saquon Barkley, running back for the Eagles, suffered a stinger on the team's first offensive play against the Titans on September 20, 2026. He was tackled by Titans defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons and subsequently evaluated in the medical tent. After missing much of the first drive, Barkley returned to play at the start of the third quarter. The Eagles, if needed, could rely on backups Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley for additional carries during the game.
