The Eagles signed undrafted rookie David Blay on Monday, prior to their preseason opener against the Ravens. Blay, a Levittown native, was recently waived by the Patriots. He started his college career at West Chester before transferring to Louisiana Tech and Miami. After excelling at Miami, he now competes for a roster spot with the Eagles amidst other defensive tackles during training camp.
