Eagles waive rookie DB Maximus Pulley during roster cuts
Summary

The Philadelphia Eagles have waived rookie defensive back Maximus Pulley as part of their roster reduction to 53 players. Pulley, who signed with the Eagles after the 2026 NFL Draft, impressed during training camp and had a standout college career at Wofford. He recorded 85 tackles and five interceptions in his final season. Despite showing potential, Pulley's position in a crowded secondary led to his release. He will go through waivers before potentially signing to the practice squad if unclaimed.
