Former Seattle Kraken forward Eeli Tolvanen is still without a contract as NHL training camps approach. Despite interest from several teams, including the Toronto Maple Leafs, Vancouver Canucks, and Montreal Canadiens, negotiations have not progressed. Tolvanen posted 12 goals and 36 points in 78 games last season after achieving a career-high 23 goals in 2024-25. With seven weeks into free agency and training camps only weeks away, his prospects for a contract are diminishing.
