Eintracht Frankfurt signs defender Lilian Brassier from Stade Rennais

Eintracht Frankfurt completed the signing of French defender Lilian Brassier from Stade Rennais on August 31, 2026. The 26-year-old signed a contract with the Bundesliga side that runs through 2031. Markus Krösche, the board member for sport at Eintracht Frankfurt, described Brassier as a physically strong and fast player capable of providing defensive stability and intensity. Brassier possesses the versatility to play both as a centre-back and on the left side of the back line. The club intends for the defender to integrate into the current squad to increase quality in the defensive rotation.
