El Grande Americano wins AAA Mega Championship, big announcement planned

"

The business between El Grande Americano and Dominik Mysterio isn’t over yet. Grande won the AAA Mega Championship with help from Rey Mysterio as backup referee. Dorian Roldan explored legal avenues to dispute Rey’s overreach in power, and he is teasing a big announcement for Saturday night live from Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. This episode of Lucha Libre AAA (Oct. 3, 2026) also includes a title fight between friends. La Parka will defend the Latin American Championship against Mr. Iguana. The lizard previously had a shot in three-way, and it was Laredo Kid who ate the pin. Thus, Iguana wants one more chance one-on-one. Lucha Libre AAA streams Saturday night at 10 ET on FOX in Latin America and YouTube and Facebook everywhere else. WWE streams the show in English and AAA offers the program in Spanish in the live section of their respective YouTube channels.
