Elche's Javi Morcillo confident ahead of clash with Real Madrid

Elche midfielder Javi Morcillo expressed confidence in his team's upcoming La Liga match against Real Madrid at the Martinez Valero on Tuesday. Despite only securing two points from their first five matches this season, Morcillo believes the squad is improving and relishing the challenge. Real Madrid, who have collected 12 points in their first five games under Jose Mourinho, present a demanding test for the hosts. Morcillo acknowledged the crucial role of the home crowd, highlighting their support during a tough beginning to the season. Elche recently drew against Athletic Bilbao and hopes to translate that performance into a stronger effort against the visiting Madrid side.
