Emi Martinez approves move to Chelsea ahead of Arsenal clash
Summary

Emi Martinez has approved a move to Chelsea as Aston Villa prepares to replace him with Zion Suzuki. Chelsea's management, led by head coach Xabi Alonso, is assessing the signing, which could see Martinez debut against his former club Arsenal on September 6. Chelsea must first sell a goalkeeper before finalizing the transfer. Martinez had a disappointing year with Villa, finishing outside the top-10 in clean sheets while the club won the Europa League. The upcoming transfer deadline adds urgency to the negotiations.
