Emiliano Martinez offered to Chelsea as goalkeeper shakeup looms
Summary

Aston Villa has offered goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez to Chelsea as the transfer window approaches its deadline. Villa manager Unai Emery recently signed Zion Suzuki as the new first-choice goalkeeper, which has left Martinez in a backup role. After a failed move to Juventus earlier in the window, Martinez's representatives are reportedly exploring opportunities with top European clubs, prioritizing Chelsea. The West London club is reportedly evaluating their current goalkeeping situation after Robert Sanchez struggled in a recent match against Fulham. Chelsea has not yet made a formal bid, but discussions are ongoing with Martinez’s camp.
