Enes Kanter ejected from Fever-Sky game after clash with players

Enes Kanter Freedom was ejected from the Indiana Fever vs. Chicago Sky WNBA game on August 23 after a confrontation with Sky player Natasha Cloud. Kanter's presence at courtside surprised many fans as he declared for the 2027 Draft, aiming to challenge the league's eligibility criteria concerning trans women. His actions caused a notable stir during the game, where Cloud reacted after scoring a layup, prompting Kanter to respond and eventually leading to his removal from the arena. The Sky lost the game 113-90, with standout performances from Caitlin Clark, who scored 37 points. The WNBA issued a statement dismissing Kanter and another former NBA player as bad-faith actors.
