England supporters in the United States have received praise for their "excellent" behaviour during the group stage of the World Cup. However, football-related incidents in England and Wales have increased, totaling 463, compared to 304 during Euro 2024 and 291 during the 2022 World Cup. Chief constable Mark Roberts emphasized the positive reputation of England fans in America, with five supporters arrested and released by U.S. authorities. England is set to compete against DR Congo on Wednesday in the last 32 of the tournament.
