England Women have named Leah Poulton as their new Managing Director. Poulton brings experience as a former international batter to the role. She previously developed pathways for cricket in Australia. Additionally, Poulton spent six years serving as the Head of Elite Female Cricket for New South Wales. This appointment follows her career focused on growing the sport at the representative and developmental levels. She will now oversee the operations and strategic direction for the England Women's program.
