Enzo Maresca seeks to sign Enzo Fernandez from Chelsea this summer

Enzo Maresca is actively pursuing a transfer for midfielder Enzo Fernandez from Chelsea to Manchester City as the summer transfer window progresses. Reports indicate that Maresca, who previously managed Fernandez at Chelsea, has a strong interest in bringing him to City. However, Chelsea's asking price of £120 million poses a significant hurdle. Manchester City is eager to negotiate with Chelsea regarding Fernandez's transfer, contingent on the club's willingness to lower their asking price. Fernandez’s history of controversial incidents raises questions about his fit within City's squad dynamics.
