Eric Garcia leaves Barcelona match against Valencia with facial injury

The defender exited the pitch after a collision with teammate Rodri left him with a suspected deviated septum. Jules Kounde replaced Garcia just before the half-hour mark. Initial medical assessments suggest the injury occurred in the same facial area Garcia injured last season, which previously required him to wear a protective mask. Barcelona has not yet confirmed the severity of the injury, though the team will be without Garcia for the upcoming Champions League fixture against Feyenoord.
