Eric Murray faces competition for starting safety job with Jaguars

Summary

Eric Murray, a veteran safety for the Jacksonville Jaguars, is under pressure to retain his starting position. The Jaguars have added young talent to their secondary, including Antonio Johnson, who made an impact in his rookie season, and third-round draft picks Jalen Huskey and Caleb Ransaw. Johnson emerged as a key player, while Huskey and Ransaw offer potential upside. Murray has been a steady contributor but could lose his job to Ransaw, who is healthy after missing his rookie year. The Jaguars' training camp will determine Murray's role in the upcoming season.
