Ernesto Rodriguez steps in for Shamil Musaev at PFL Washington

Shamil Musaev has withdrawn from the welterweight title bout against Thad Jean at PFL Washington, set for July 26 at CareFirst Arena in Washington, DC. Ernesto Rodriguez will replace Musaev, who was present at promotional events earlier in the week. Rodriguez, riding a nine-fight winning streak, was initially set to face Aaron McKenzie on the preliminary card. Jean, undefeated at 11-0 and the 2025 PFL World Tournament winner, is looking to continue his ascent within the organization. The updated fight card includes several matchups beyond the main event.
