Exeter Post 32 falls to Bedford in Legion baseball state tournament

Exeter Post 32 lost to Bedford Post 54, 3-0, in the New Hampshire American Legion state tournament on July 25. All three of Bedford's runs came in the sixth inning. Exeter coach Tim Mitropoulos praised Bedford's talent and noted that his team battled hard. Exeter will face Keene in an elimination game on July 26 at Holman Stadium, set for a 1 p.m. start after Keene previously lost to Nashua but won against Lebanon later on July 25.
