Fake report about Stephanie White's firing causes stir among Fever fans

Summary

A false report circulated on social media claims that the Indiana Fever have fired head coach Stephanie White. The rumor gained traction after White's controversial comments regarding DiJonai Carrington's foul on Sophie Cunningham, which drew criticism from fans. The Fever's organization made no announcement confirming any coaching change, nor was the claim validated by reliable sources. The backlash stemmed from White's remarks defending Carrington's actions, which some fans felt undermined Cunningham's experience after the hard foul. White stated she was unaware of Carrington's social media response during a press conference. The coaching situation for the Fever remains unchanged as of now.
