McClure, a 13-season veteran with the Falcons from 2000 to 2012, joins former teammate and current president of football Matt Ryan. McClure's role involves coordinating player development initiatives and assisting with strategic projects. The Falcons also announced several other front office additions, including Max Blank as a scouting assistant and Keith Earle as an area scout. The team conducted its first padded training camp practice on August 3, with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa participating in 11-on-11 drills.
