Falcons, Panthers, and Jets have losing records since 2021

The Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, and New York Jets have all recorded losing records in each of the last five NFL seasons. Despite different challenges, including coaching changes and roster adjustments, these franchises have struggled to find success. The Falcons, who last had a winning season in 2016, have cycled through quarterbacks without consistent results. The Panthers, despite winning the NFC South with an 8-9 record in 2025, have also not reached a winning record since 2021. The Jets have seen a decline in performance, finishing their most recent season with a 3-14 record. The 2026 season presents an opportunity for all three teams to break the streak of losing records.
