Falcons place A.J. Terrell on injured reserve, sign Zach Harrison

The Atlanta Falcons placed cornerback A.J. Terrell on injured reserve due to a groin injury as of September 22, 2026. Terrell's injury, which caused him to miss most of Week 2, will keep him out for an extended period. In a corresponding move, the Falcons signed defensive lineman Zach Harrison off their practice squad, ahead of their Week 3 matchup against the Green Bay Packers. C.J. Henderson is expected to fill Terrell's role in the starting lineup, having performed well in his absence last week. The Falcons also signed offensive tackle Colby Sorsdal to their practice squad and released center James Brockermeyer.
