Falcons trade for Wanya Morris from Chiefs, receive mixed grades from ESPN

The Atlanta Falcons have traded for offensive lineman Wanya Morris from the Kansas City Chiefs, sending a sixth-round pick in 2027 in return for Morris and a seventh-round selection in 2027. ESPN rates the trade with a B+ for Atlanta and a B- for Kansas City, noting the low-risk nature of the move. Morris serves as depth after swing tackle Storm Norton was placed on the reserve/physically unable to perform list for the season. With starting experience, Morris could back up right tackle Jawaan Taylor, though Taylor has missed recent OTAs. Morris is in the final year of his rookie contract.
