FAMU's Armand Burris earns SWAC and HBCU honors after standout game

FAMU wide receiver Armand Burris received multiple accolades following his performance in the 28-27 victory over Alabama State on October 9. Burris was named SWAC Offensive Player of the Week, HBCU National Player of the Week by BOXTOROW, and received recognition from CFB Network. He played a crucial role by catching two long touchdown passes in the fourth quarter, helping the Rattlers secure their first conference win of the season. FAMU improves to 2-4 overall and 1-1 in the SWAC. They will next face Jackson State on October 17 in Jackson, Mississippi.
