Fantasy analysts suggest benching Jerry Jeudy for the Week 1 game

Fantasy analysts recommend sitting Jerry Jeudy for the upcoming Week 1 matchup against the Jaguars. Despite projections indicating Jeudy may receive the most targets among Cleveland receivers, his recent performance in the red zone remains a significant concern for managers. Over his previous 24 appearances, Jeudy managed only two catches on 14 targets within the red zone, totaling three yards. The Jaguars represent a difficult challenge, as the team allowed the third-fewest passing yards per game last season. Jeudy currently ranks outside the top 50 wide receivers on the Pro Football Network consensus board. The Browns also recently invested in two rookie wide receivers in the top 40 of the draft, adding uncertainty to Jeudy’s standing within the team's rotation for the start of the season.
