FC Red Bull Salzburg and SV Oberbank Ried finished in a 1-1 draw at the BWT Oberösterreichische Arena during Matchday 6 of the ADMIRAL Bundesliga on Friday. Despite controlling possession for long spells, the visiting team failed to break the deadlock until the 84th minute when substitute Karim Konate scored with a strike from the outside of his boot. The lead lasted only two minutes before Pomer equalized for the hosts from a corner kick. The result leaves FC Red Bull Salzburg unbeaten through the start of their domestic campaign. The club now prepares for their upcoming UEFA Europa League opener against Levski Sofia on Thursday.
