FCS Week 4 features multiple upsets among ranked teams

Several ranked teams were upset in FCS action over the weekend. Yale struggled without injured quarterback Reno against Cornell, falling to 1-1. Illinois State, ranked #3, was defeated by Northern Iowa 28-21, dropping to 4-1. Rhode Island lost 25-22 to North Carolina A&T, now at 2-3. Montana scored a decisive 62-22 victory over #10 UC Davis, fueled by Eli Gillman's record-setting 275 yards rushing. Montana State played without key players against Northern Arizona but achieved a victory. Next week, Illinois State hosts South Dakota State while Columbia faces Yale.
