Ferran Torres to PSG could accelerate Liverpool's €115m Barcola bid

Summary

Paris Saint-Germain are moving closer to signing Ferran Torres from Barcelona as negotiations reportedly advance. Torres has communicated his decision to leave Barcelona, and while no complete agreement is finalized, PSG is poised to secure his services on a five-year contract. Meanwhile, Liverpool plans to submit a €115 million offer for Bradley Barcola, which may influence PSG's transfer strategy.
