Fiorentina signs Arthur Atta from Udinese for €25M deal

Fiorentina has completed the signing of midfielder Arthur Atta from Udinese for €25 million. The deal includes a provision for Udinese to receive 30 percent of a future sale, which can be reduced to 10 percent for an additional fee next year. Atta is undergoing medical evaluations and is expected to finalize a five-year contract with Fiorentina at a salary of €1.3 million per year. The acquisition marks Fiorentina's third significant signing this summer as they revamp their squad, having already purchased Viery from Gremio and Radu Dragusin from Tottenham. Atta previously played for Metz, where he had a notable season with six goals and four assists.
