The 2026 French Open semifinals are set with first-time major champions poised to emerge. Flavio Cobolli advanced by defeating Felix Auger-Aliassime 4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 and will face Matteo Arnaldi, who progressed after Matteo Berrettini retired in the second set. On the women's side, Diana Shnaider stunned Aryna Sabalenka 6-3, 5-7, 6-0, marking Shnaider's first major semifinal appearance. Unseeded Maja Chwalinska also secured a place in the semifinals after defeating Anna Kalinskaya 7-6, 6-3. The men's semifinals will take place on Friday.
