Fisnik Asllani's transfer to RB Leipzig fails due to medical issues

RB Leipzig announced that the transfer of Fisnik Asllani has fallen through as of Friday evening. Despite negotiations being at an advanced stage, a medical concern ultimately prevented the completion of the deal. Asllani, who was set to sign until 2031 with an exit clause, will remain with Hoffenheim for the upcoming Bundesliga season. The collapse follows prior reports indicating that all parties had agreed on the terms of the transfer, making the outcome unexpected.
