Five former Washington Huskies football players sign NFL practice squad contracts

Summary

Following league-wide roster cutdowns, five former University of Washington football players have secured positions on NFL practice squads. Running back Salvon Ahmed joined the Chicago Bears after a productive preseason, while tight end Devin Culp returned to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jack Westover transitioned from the New England Patriots to the Washington Commanders. Wide receiver Omari Evans remains with the Kansas City Chiefs despite recent legal developments involving NCAA eligibility rules. Additionally, defensive back Myles Bryant signed with the Cleveland Browns to continue his six-year professional career.
