Five veteran riders depart MotoGP following the 2026 season

Five veteran riders will leave MotoGP at the conclusion of the 2026 season as younger competitors join the series. Jack Miller, Brad Binder, and Franco Morbidelli are transitioning to the World Superbike Championship. Miller is set to join the factory Yamaha team, while Binder will move to the BMW factory WorldSBK outfit. Morbidelli is expected to join the Ducati factory team. Meanwhile, Maverick Vinales and Alex Rins have confirmed they will not move to the Superbike paddock.
