Carlisle United has confirmed the loan signing of Fleetwood Town defender Toby Mullarkey until January. Mullarkey, 30, previously played 27 matches for Fleetwood in League Two last season. He has experience under Carlisle's new head coach Rob Elliot at Crawley Town.
