Fletcher Loyer goes undrafted in 2026 NBA Draft, seeks team

Fletcher Loyer, the Purdue guard, was not selected in the 2026 NBA Draft held on June 25. This outcome contrasts with his backcourt mate Braden Smith, who was picked 38th overall. Despite not being drafted, Loyer remains hopeful of signing with an NBA team as an undrafted free agent. He is recognized for his exceptional shooting, posting a 43.2% success rate from 3-point range in his final season at Purdue. Loyer's collegiate career included a 41.1% shooting mark from beyond the arc over 149 games. His next opportunity may come in Summer League, where he will aim to impress teams with his shooting skills.
