Florida A&M quarterback Isaiah Knowles exits Orange Blossom Classic with hand injury

Summary

Florida A&M starting quarterback Isaiah Knowles left the Orange Blossom Classic against South Carolina State during the fourth quarter on September 6. Knowles sustained an injury to his right throwing hand after taking a hit while attempting to throw the ball away late in the third quarter. He was observed on the sideline receiving treatment with his wrist being taped by training staff.
