Florida baseball adds commitment from Utah Tech infielder Kyle McDaniel

Florida baseball secured a transfer commitment from Kyle McDaniel, a standout infielder from Utah Tech, on June 16. McDaniel, a junior, was named to the All-WAC first team after a strong season where he hit.340 with seven home runs and 53 RBIs. He also set the NCAA-era record for the longest on-base streak at 49 games. McDaniel has primarily played second base but started at third base in his freshman year.
