Florida State coach Mike Norvell added running back Quintrevion Wisner to the roster during the recent transfer portal window. Through two games, Wisner has recorded four carries for 34 yards with no touchdowns. The addition comes after Wisner missed significant time during fall camp due to a nagging injury. While Wisner did not see the field during Monday night’s loss to SMU, teammates Ousmane Kromah and Sam Singleton Jr. have handled the majority of the backfield duties. Kromah has logged 231 yards and two touchdowns through the first two games of the season. Norvell noted the team struggled to maintain balance between the pass and run against SMU, despite the team leaning heavily on the rushing attack.

"Florida State coach Mike Norvell felt he needed to add another running back to the roster. $650,000 later, that new addition, Quintrevion Wisner, has just 4 carries for 34 yards and no touchdowns. A negative return on investment. The Seminoles should double their NIL payout to Ousmane Kromah.
