Florida State softball announces eight-game schedule for upcoming fall season

The Florida State softball program will play eight games this fall, starting October 2. The schedule includes five home games in Tallahassee and three road matchups in Alabama and Florida. The team begins its fall slate against Chipola College before hosting Florida A&M, Troy, Gulf Coast State College, and Auburn. Following the home stretch, the Seminoles will travel to Gulf Shores, Alabama, to face LSU in a two-game series, and finish the schedule against the Florida Gators in Gainesville on November 13. The program enters the season following a 52-10 record last year and has reinforced its roster with transfers including Nicole Edmiaston, Ella Dodge, and Kaiyah Ratu.
