Florida State supports Protect College Sports Act, questions conference restrictions

FSU supports the PCSA aimed at managing transfer limits but opposes a provision that would restrict conference movements by requiring universities to operate independently for five years before joining a new conference, which poses challenges for FSU's potential moves from the ACC. The Senate is expected to debate this provision when it reconvenes in late September.
