Folarin Balogun cleared to play in World Cup match against Belgium
Summary

FIFA has suspended the red card received by Folarin Balogun during the Round of 32 match against Bosnia, allowing him to participate in the upcoming Round of 16 match against Belgium. The ruling, which cited Article 27 FDC, grants a probationary period for the suspension. Balogun has been instrumental for the U.S. team, leading with four goals in the tournament. His absence would have been a significant loss for the U.S. squad as they aim to advance to the quarterfinals for only the second time in history.
