Foley Fatukasi secures defensive tackle spot on Las Vegas Raiders roster

The Las Vegas Raiders added veteran defensive tackle Foley Fatukasi to their 53-man roster following a successful training camp period. The 31-year-old UConn alumnus joined the team as a free agent and established himself as a key rotation player during the preseason. Despite a generally struggling defensive front, Fatukasi provided notable depth as a run defender. Now entering his ninth NFL season, he brings experience from previous stints with the New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Houston Texans. With 90 regular-season appearances and 64 starts in his career, he is expected to provide stability at the defensive tackle position for the upcoming season. The Raiders added the 318-pound defender late in the training camp process to bolster their interior run defense.
