Forbes ranks Barcelona as the world's second-most valuable football club

Forbes has valued FC Barcelona at $7.5 billion, moving the Spanish club into the second spot globally behind Real Madrid. This 33 percent increase in valuation from $5.65 billion marks a significant recovery for the La Liga side. The club is expected to announce record revenue of nearly €1.1 billion for the 2025-26 financial year. While Real Madrid remains at the top of the valuation list with $9.5 billion, Barcelona continues to expand its commercial operations and matchday revenue. The ongoing renovation of Spotify Camp Nou is expected to further bolster financial growth once the stadium reaches its full 104,600-seat capacity. Meanwhile, the club has bolstered its squad this summer through the recruitment of Anthony Gordon, Karim Adeyemi, Rodri, Joao Cancelo, and Gabriel Jesus.
